Charter Plans to Implement Restructuring Through Chapter 11

Feb. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Charter Communications Inc. said it plans to implement a financial restructuring through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing to occur on or before April 1. Charter disclosed the plans in a statement on Business Wire.
