It's amazing to realize that while we sleep, dedicated men and women are working for the salvation of God's children - our brothers and sisters, our heavenly treasure, our eternal investment! 1. Vijaya's Testimony
My name is Vijaya. I live in South India. My husband's family got baptized and attended the SDA Church.
One day I decided to go with them to church just to see what really happens there. I was amazed to see the way they worshipped and to hear the sermon. A few days later my husband became very ill. Pastor Stephen came to our home and prayed for my husband. He did this for more than a month! Then my husband got well by the grace of God, yet he does not understand it was God who gave him his health. I am ready to be baptized after seeing the miracle that God has done. Pastor Stephen did not give up on us. Still he is coming to our home and is giving Bible studies to my husband, hoping he will understand and give himself to God. Please pray for my husband.
2. Navomi's witness
I am Navomi living in Udumalaipet, South India. I was born in a Christian family but I never knew anything about what is Christianity and the Bible. I was just attending the church without any meaning or understanding. Pastor Stephen started visiting us a month ago and helped us understand the importance of the Ten Commandments and the Sabbath. Now we are going to be baptized. Please pray for me and my husband for our faith to be strong.
3. Rajan's witness
I am Rajan living in Udumalaipet, South India. I am an atheist and I drink a lot. One day when I was traveling in the bus from Udumalai, Pastor Stephen was sitting next to me and picked up the conversation and at last he made me to understand how bad drinking is. From than I got an interest know more about the health principles. Along with these health principles, Pastor Stephen helped me to understand about the living God. Though my mind is not much ready to accept some of the things Pastor says, I have an interest to know more about God. Thank you for helping me to understand these great secrets.
4. Parvathy's witness
I am Parvathy living in South India. I lost my husband a year ago and was very discouraged. Pastor Paul met me at home one day and encouraged me and prayed for me. I felt very comforted by his words. Still the pastor is visiting us and praying for us. I have to give myself to Christ and would like to be baptized.
5. Indira's witness
I am Indira living in Udumalaipet. I got married but my husband left me and is living with another woman. My mother and brother attend the Adventist church but I never showed an interest in going there after my husband left me. Pastor Thomas came to our house and gave us Bible studies for a month and helped me to understand that God is more important than any thing in the world. Now I have started going to church and I am ready to be baptized too. Please pray for me to be strong in my faith.
6. Prabu's witness
I am Prabu living in Udumalaipet. I was a Hindu believer and always made fun of the people who worship Christ. Sister Sathiasilee met me one day and asked me to attend church with her. I decided to go just to find out what they really do there. When I went there I was really impressed and started showing an interest in knowing more about Christ. It was really interesting to me. I would like to know more about Him and when my mind is ready I am ready give myself to God. Please pray for me.
7. Suresh's witness
I am Suresh living in Udumaliapet. I was an alcoholic and beat my wife very often. Pastor Stephen visited us and prayed for us and gave us Bible studies. He also made me understand that we should love our life partner and should never beat them. Now I have stopped beating my wife. We both have taken baptism and we are living in Christ now and enjoying the peace in our home.
8. Selvi's witness
I am Selvi living in Udumalaipet. I was a Hindu believer and my husband is an astrologist and a drunkard too. I was very worried about my husband and children. Sister Indira met me at my home one day and asked whether she could pray for us. Initially I refused and then after some time I invited her to pray in my home. Within just a few days there is a lot of changes in my family. I am ready to know more about the almighty God and to give myself to Him. Please pray for my faith to be strong.
