Jesus for Asia News - 700 Children Missing

My heart has sunk down to my feet.  I talked with Pastor Phamor on the phone last night and they don't know where the 700 kids are that were heading for the Thai border as refugees from the destruction of the cyclone in the delta area.  This is like a 200 mile walk and very dangerous for them.  He fears that the Burmese army is not letting them pass. He says that the Australian government is offering to provide immigration to Australia to any Karen who can make it to Thailand, and yet no one has come.  There must be a severe lock-down of the border by the Burmese army, locking their own people into a hopeless situation. There's an area inside Burma where they're not letting anyone coming from Thailand go in to. No one can go there. No one is coming out of there.

And now we're sitting, waiting for the kids to appear.  Funds have been given to help and to build housing for them but now we need to PRAY PRAY PRAY!  Only God can overrule the Burmese army and only He knows exactly where these kids are and only He can protect them and bring them to safety.
